*GYMNASTICS CLASSES
New to our facility is our gymnastics program. These classes offer total body development refining skills for optimum health, balance, grace, strength, flexibility and coordination along with positive self-image, patience and self-discipline. And teach your child to use gymnastics equipment including beams, vaults, bars and floor routines. Ovations is beginning a competitive gymnastics team for 2009 competitions. To be on the team you must take both gymnastics team classes and 1 tumbling class per week.

*PARENT & TOT GYMNASTICS CLASSES
Children 18 months to 36 months will have class with their parents. Parent/Tot Gymnastics consists of fun, quality time for tots and their parent/guardian. Class is structured with activities on gymnastics equipment designed to help your child discover movement through basic gymnastics skills and other fun activities. This class enhances their locomoter skills as well as social skills.


Ovations Studio offers traditional dance classes, such as Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Pointe, Lyrical, and Hip Hop for ages 3 to Adult. Our dance classes are taught by technically trained instructors who follow a strategically planned syllabus for the entire year in order to provide the maximum amount of growth in knowledge and skill development by our students. Our Creative Movement (Pre-K Ballet and Tap) focuses on coordination, balance, and motor skills through an intensive curriculum that includes games, role playing, and take home exercises. We take your child's development as a dancer and as a person very seriously, and our goal is for them to excel to the highest level of excellence while maintaining an environment that is safe, fun, and encouraging to your child.

The Tumbling Program at Ovations Studio is growing this year. Our program will provide excellerated learning for the students who are looking to succeed in the world of tumbling and gymnastics. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday classes are divided by skill levels and provide an hour long session focused on improving elements and tricks. Our Thursday Night Classes are divided by Grades, and pack learning, exercises and fun into a 30 minute class. Serious students can take classes on one or both nights.

Ovations Cheer & Pom classes help put your child on a fast track toward becoming a successful cheerleader and dance team member. From cheering for little league sports to trying out for the high school team, Ovations Cheer and Pom classes will help your childs skills improve and excel. Our instructors are all current or former high school cheer and pom coaches from Sapulpa and the Tulsa area. Our cheer teams will have exciting performance and competition opportunities throughout the year.

Our Fitness Classes at Ovations include Pilates, Yoga, Cardio Dance, and Cardio Kickboxing. These classes are low impact classes that will help you get in shape while avoiding the hassels of the neighborhood gym. All classes are taught by trained and Certified instructors who will help guide you on the path to being physically fit.

Adult Jazz and Tap classes are offered as a chance for you to dust off your dance shoes or to put them on for the first time. A fun environment will help you get a workout while learning a new art. Additional Adult Dance classes will be added as needed or requested.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Dance and Gymnastics Parties for Kids are a wonderful way to celebrate special occasions for kids of any age. Ovations makes a kids'  party an experience they will remember for years. Customize a party that fits your kid best. Parties are 1.5 hours and include planned activities, decorations and costumes for dress up at an easy to find downtown location.  But here is the best part...while they're having fun, the kids are getting great exercise. Parents this means you don’t have to clean house before or after the party and you don’t have to worry about too many kids in the living room! You get to sit back, relax and watch your kids have fun!

Activities to choose: dress up, runway, gymnastics equipment, obstacle courses, dance parties, karaoke, and beauty shop.

You pay $100 and bring the refreshments and plates- Ovations does the rest!
